BOOGIE'S WAS AWARDED ITS MOBILE FOOD UNIT PERMIT!
As of Thursday, October 3rd, 2024, the Dallas County Dept. of Health and Human Services issued its famous "Blue Sticker" to Boogie's in allowance to serve food in Dallas County, and signifying that the vehicle meets all requirements to operate as such.
This sticker was the culmination of 22 months worth of inspections, licensing, permitting, fabrication, more inspections, code compliance, and a ton of BS&T (blood, sweat & tears).
It was ALL worth it!

Early in 2023, the iconic PINK horse trailer that would soon become home to Boogie's, was acquired and transformed.
Steven Incrocci brings his East coast favorites and regional staples to you, wherever that might be.
Born in Chicago and growing up in Atlanta, he has developed a flair for combining unexpected flavors and traditional tastes. Bridging his Italian roots and Southern upbringing by way of his love for food.
Creative, ambitious, bold & talented, Steven has been in kitchens cooking up flavor fantasies for the better part of 3 decades.
Our menu is a reflection of our philosophy - bright, flavorful dishes that are designed to delight the senses.
From our famous 7 ingredient Chicago Dog to our signature Tomato Basil Soup, we use only the freshest ingredients and prepare everything from scratch. No detail has been left out.
The newest addition to menu comes in the form of CHEESESTEAKS!
Our recent purchase of a 24" flatiron griddle has opened up the door to new possibilities, and keeping in the vein of bringing the East Coast to Dallas, we visit the City of Brotherly Love, Philadelphia.
These mouth-watering belly-busters are overflowing with flavor! We use Top Sirloin (because nobody wants to eat a $25 dollar sandwich), fresh onions & peppers, and top it with 3 pieces of deli sliced Provolone. At the end, we top it with a hand-cut Amoroso roll to toast the edges. When that sucker gets turned over to be plated, the steam and aroma from the meat, veggies, cheese, and toasted roll... oh man!
Texans are BIG on barbecue and the bold flavors that go into it. Steven has tried to capture that with our Texas BBQ Dog. An homage to the side dishes that go along with these belly-busting BBQ plates.
It goes like this... a mound of creamy coleslaw gets sprinkled with applewood smoke bacon crumbles, blanketed with crispy fried onions (because Texas LOVES fried food) and then we coat it with a honey jalapeno BBQ sauce. Y'all gonna love it!
Our Chili Dogs are made with Texas favorite Wolf Chili (no beans), and topped with shredded cheese & diced onions. Have 2 or 5, we won't tell.
The Georgia Dawg (seasonal) is made with fresh diced peaches, Vidalia onions, and drenched in the PERFECT Peach Bourbon BBQ sauce.
The New York Dog is topped with an onion relish sauce and spicy brown (or yellow) mustard. Add sauerkraut for a buck more. Plain and simple, just like Lady Liberty intended.
We ship sport peppers and neon green relish for our Chi-thentic Chicago Dog, from the motherland directly. Then comes the sliced Roma tomatoes, Kosher dill pickle spear, diced onions, celery salt, yellow mustard and cradled in a brat sized, poppy seed bun.

Our pressed Grilled Cheese sammaches are made with 4 cheeses, and melted inside a Ciabatta roll. When dunked in a comforting bowl of soup the nooks & crannies of the bread soak up all the yumminess.
Using San Marzano tomatoes, REAL Italian Parmesan & Romano cheeses, and fresh herbs & veggies from Steven's garden, in our Tomato Basil soup, you won't have a better bowl of it anywhere in Dallas.
